INVITATION TO RIAC 2026

RIAC and IBIS CUP 2026 will take place in Luxembourg, Hall Marcel Balthasar (Centre National de Tir à l’Arc), rue Reckenthal, L-2410 Strassen from DEC 9th – DEC 12th 2026.

3 Individual competitions:

10m Air Rifle Men – Women – Junior Men – Junior Women

10m Air Pistol Men – Women – Junior Men – Junior Women

All the competitions will be conducted according to the current ISSF Rules and Regulations.

Our organisation draws your attention to the fact that all athletes should be able to compete at an international level.

We don’ t accept individual entries, all athletes need approval of their federation.

Preliminary Entries: Please complete the preliminary entry form and send it to the Organizing Committee not later than 03 OCT 2026.

Final Entries: Please complete the final entry form and send it to the Organizing Committee. The deadline is 08 NOV 2026.

The entry fees are fixed as follows:

The entry fees include transportation between the official hotel and the shooting range.

Note: No refunds will be given if a shooter participates only in one or two events.

Official Hotels

All room rates are calculated per room/per night.

Hotels will be booked in sequence of the receipt of the final reservations at the Organizing Committee.

Reservations are only considered binding upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The Organizing Committee will send you an invoice immediately after receipt of your final forms.

Hotel reservations made after 15h November 2026 cannot be guaranteed.

In case of cancellation after 3rd December 2026 the Organizing Committee will charge a cancellation fee of the value of one night per room which has been cancelled.

The 50% deposit for accommodation must be transferred to the following bank account:

Sandwiches and snacks will be available at the shooting range at moderate prices.

The payment of the entry fees and hotel accommodation has to be made by bank transfer to the Organizing Committee. (not later than 1st DEC 2026) to the following bank account:

Transportation between the official hotels and the shooting range will be provided through shuttle-buses, during the training and competition days.

The Technical Meeting will take place on 9th DEC 2025, at 18.00h at the Shooting Range.

For law and insurance reasons it is not allowed to store the weapons at the Shooting Range. Shooters have to take their weapons to the hotel after each competition or training.

Minor shooters (up to their 18th birthday) need a ministerial authorization for air weapons.

Please fill in the weapon registration form and send it to the Organizing Committee before 06 NOV 2026.

For all shooters who will arrive and/or depart at Luxembourg Airport, please fill in the final travel form and send it to the Organizing Committee before 06 NOV 2026.

All National Federations that need official invitations from Luxembourg Shooting Sport Federation are requested to order these before 30th OCTOBER 2026.

Invitations will be sent by email. If express service is requested, the costs will be charged to the federation and must be paid to the Organizing Committee upon arrival.
