1. Competitions

There will be 2 competitions: 2 days team event with 3 targets per day, and 2 days individual event with 3 targets per day.

Time allowed per target: 30 minutes. All the competitions will be conducted according to our WBSF Rimfire Rulebook.

If more than 4 countries will register Juniors, a separate Junior ranking will be considered.

How to

Each nation must return the documents before the deadlines mentioned. All documents must be completed with a computer.

Memo Rules

Nationality: Nations registering their shooters are committed to comply to the rules of the WBSF relating to the specific conditions of nationality (rules WBSF Section A).

Number of shooters per nation:
Team Event : 3 shooters per team, plus one reserve who will be allowed to attend the individual competition – 3 teams maximum
Individual Event : 10 shooters (Adults & Juniors) per nation maximum



The Organizing Committee count on nations respecting the deadlines.

As the competition is taking place on French territory, French legislation applies for the competitors entry to France and the import and export of firearms and ammunition in the country.

Entering France


All foreign citizens who wish to come to France must be able to present a regulatory proof of the purpose of their stay, means of support and accommodation. Except when a visa is necessary to enter France. To check if you need one, please use the link below:

Firearms and ammunition


There are two possibilities depending on whether you are a citizen of the EU or not.

1. If you are a European citizen you need a European firearms pass plus a written invitation, or a document proving you are a registered participant.

2. If you are not, you need a document to prove you are a registered participant to the event, the date and place of which must be mentioned.

Form to complete

3. In order to bring your firearms and ammunition, you must use the form entitled RWC4 2022 Firearms Registrtion Form provided by the Luxembourg Federation FLTAS.. Use one form only, the head of delegation can collect the data, and send a copy to the FLTAS (, together with the Final Entry Form.

4. Upon arrival in France or Luxembourg, present the invitation with the complete list of arms of all your delegation to French or Luxembourg customs in order to have it checked.

5. On your departure, present the same documents to French or Luxembourg customs.
