INVITATION TO RIAC 2023

RIAC and IBIS CUP 2023 will take place in Luxembourg, Hall Marcel Balthasar (Centre National de Tir à l’Arc), rue Reckenthal, L-2410 Strassen from 13 DEC – 16 DEC 2023.

The awards ceremonies will take place at the shooting range immediately after the end of each Final.

All the competitions will be conducted according to the current ISSF Rules and Regulations.

Preliminary Entries: Please complete the preliminary entry form and send it to the Organizing Committee not later than 06 OCT 2023.

Final Entries: Please complete the final entry form and send it to the Organizing Committee. The deadline is 15 NOV 2023.

The entry fees include transportation between the official hotel and the shooting range.

The entry fees are fixed as follows:

Note: No refunds will be given if a shooter participates only in one or two events.

Official Hotels

All room rates are calculated per room/per night.

Hotels will be booked in sequence of the receipt of the final reservations at the Organizing Committee.

Reservations are only considered binding upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The Organizing Committee
will send you an invoice immediately after receipt of your final forms.

Hotel reservations made after 20th November 2023 cannot be guaranteed.

In case of cancellation after 11th December 2023 the Organizing Committee will charge a
cancellation fee of the value of one night per room which has been cancelled.

The 50% deposit for accommodation must be transferred to the following bank account:

Sandwiches and snacks will be available at the shooting range at moderate prices.

The payment of the entry fees and hotel accommodation has to be made to the Organizing Committee.
Payment can be made cash in EUR upon arrival at the shooting range or by bank transfer (not later than 5 DEC 2023) to the following bank account:

Transportation between the official hotels and the shooting range will be provided through shuttlebuses, during the training and competition days.

The Technical Meeting will take place on 12 DEC 2023, at 18.00h at the Shooting Range.

For law and insurance reasons it is not allowed to store the weapons at the Shooting Range. Shooters have to take their weapons to the hotel after each competition.

Minor shooters (up to their 18th birthday) need a ministerial authorization for air weapons.

Please fill in the weapon registration form and send it to the Organizing Committee before 15 NOV 2023.

For all shooters who will arrive and/or depart at Luxembourg Airport, please fill in the final travel form and send it to the Organizing Committee before 15 NOV 2023.

All National Federations that need official invitations from Luxembourg Shooting Sport Federation are requested to order these before 1 NOV 2023.

Invitations will be sent by email. If express service is requested, the costs will be charged to the federation and must be paid to the Organizing Committee upon arrival.
